Advice needed! We are contemplating putting 2 doghouse dormers over garage (upstairs already finished, carpeted etc) one single over single garage door and a double over double garage door. OR- I love the look of eyebrow dormers- but over our garage the finished area (31ft long) is broken up with a wall making a den over single door and a larger room over double door. What do u think we should do? My husband is not sold on the usable space dormers will bring us.
