Composite Deck Issues

I don't know if I'm posting this in the right place. My picture should explain everything. I just cleaned my composite deck last summer, on my hands and knees, slat by slat, and my deck is huge!!! I live in northeast
PA so we get very humid weather, but this is crazy! I used a popular, highly rated cleaner last year and it was disappointing. As you can see, I not only have problems with the mold/dirt on the top, but the green spore like things in between. ANYONE have any suggestions?
