I have a recurring problem that has gotten worse lately. I can't provide pictures as I cannot figure how to post them to this forum. Leaves are curling and deforming on the newest growth on various Plumeria. The leaves ultimately shrivel, turn brown and drop. Small brown to black spots on underside of leaves. Inflos turn brown and fall before opening. Some are in pots some in ground (different soil). Plants 100 feet from one another can be affected. Plants side by side may or may not have this problem. Young seedlings to 20 year old trees are infected, but it does not appear on imported cutting that I have rooted until they are older. I can't see a common vector that contributes to the spread of this disease. Have tried various fungicides/insecticides and neem oil, different fertilizers, changed soil mixes, but problem persists and worsens. Seems to not attack Singapores or Pudica. It appears Plumeria that I have given to friends are not affected suggesting my problem is endemic to location. Weird? Any help will be appreciated greatly.
