Chandelier SOS

I own this bar set and it sits in a room with a 12 foot ceiling. I am hanging a crystal chandelier over it. Can someone please tell me how far from the floor the bottom of the chandelier should be? Could the bottom of the chandelier hang in front of the top shelf of the wall unit? Thank you so much!

how far in front of it would it be. id much rather see it centered to the space. how tall is the cabinet? how big is the fixture? do you have a picture of it? the reason i ask is because

you will be walking under it and getting things off the shelf so it needs to be practical too.
