My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    install a dimmer for the fixture over the island.

    i would install under cab lighting

    i would have gone stainless on the bib sink and handles.

    not sure on the dark island.

    maybe add a floor runner between the sink and the island to break up how dark it is.

    the finish work looks great.
