Can I replace a Blum drawer-front adjuster?

My drawer fronts are atached to the box w/ the Blum drawer-front adjuster.

Two of them are broken; one cracked, and the metal part inside slips out; the other one (I think) came out of the wooden drawer front.

I can buy the adjusters; but is it possible to replace them?

I don't know if they're simply hammered into the holes, and held in place by the pressure, as a nail is. (it doesn't look like they screw in)
If that's the case, is it possible to get them out of the hole and put a new one in the same hole?

Any advice?

(I suppose I could try to find a cabinetmaker and see if they'd drill a new hole in the drawer front and the drawer box, in a new position...)

I don't think I have ever seen a part sold for anything that could not be replaced.What would be the point?

How would I go about replacing it? Could I do it myself?

They attach with one or two very short screws, included. There are L&R versions, so buy accordingly.

Sombreuil, I don't think you're talking about the same kind of drawer-front adjusters. The ones I have are plastic disks that pop into a deep hole in the drawer front. They're held in place by pressure.

I took the drawer fronts to a cabinet maker not far from me. He was so nice!

Anyway, he pointed out that the particlewood/mdf around all the holes is breaking up, and so I can't just chip out the old adjuster and hammer in new ones; the wood is giving way and won't hold them.

He suggested that I screw the drawer fronts directly to the drawer boxes, and he gave me some double-stick tape to use when I'm positioning them. I suggested putting in new adjusters in new holes, and he didn't think that was wise.

So at the moment, that's what I think I'm going to do. I'll start a different thread for advice on how exactly to do it. I have a pretty good idea, but I want to double-check some of my assumptions.
