How many holes are in the countertop for the faucet, 3 or 1?

The description says "Three pre-drilled faucet holes for standard 4" center faucet " but the picture shows just one center hole.

Too bad there isn't an answer here. I would consider buying this but I need to know if its one hole for one faucet or 3 holes. Its very confusing as the picture has a single faucet, yet the description says there are 3 holes pre drilled. i guess I will pass on this and go with a different vanity.
