Ideas for color and design of new floor, backsplash and wall paint color. Ideas?

    We have similar cabinets and put down brick color ceramic tiles Rialto at Lowes (very inexpensive) and painted the walls a bright yellow color. The room is very waem and inviting. The yellow contrasts with the dark wood and imitates the sun.

    We renovated a while ago, but from these two pics, i think you can get the idea of the floor with the cabinets and the yellow with the cabinets.
