My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    In this particular photo there are no windows that open. But in every one that we have built there are a mix of fixed and functional windows. This is done for cross breeze and to maximize the unobstructed view lines. The windows are typically on the ends of the bays of windows and lower to the ground.
