My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Thanks for your reply,

    The listing pictures for this item clearly shows the colors and what it look like.

    There are two ways to obtain the return shipping label.
    - Buyer generates return shipping label via the shipping carrier he/she prefers, and info us the return tracking numbers after returning the item
    - Buyer purchases discounted return shipping label via the shipping carrier we have ($38 for this return) by replying this message with "Confirmed"
