Jam and Jelly with Sugar Substitute

I found an online source for a sugar substitute that is awesome. Not cheap, but worth every penny. It's called Wheylow. Nope, don't work for them but I am just so thrilled. I made 2 batches of jelly and 2 of jam with it, including Linda Lou's Apple Pie Jam. I processed each batch 10 minutes in a BWB just like regular. Every batch set up beautifully and tastes fabulous. My son's SIL is Type 1 Diabetic and I've made it my mission to find things she not only can eat but actually enjoy. I know there are others out there with the same issue so I thought I'd share what I found.
