Planting my high tunnel in 7a

I just got my shelter logic 10x 20

put up and would love advice on what to plant in my zone.


I know I'm a little late; I'd have loved to have gotten some brassicas going on there and so on. I did put in lettuce, kale, collards, and spinach as well as beets which I know may be iffy. A friend suggested growing ginger, and another radishes.

anyone with experience with a similar building/zone have advice?
