My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Thank you! This is a custom decorative concrete overlay we designed and applied. It's inexpensive, easy to maintain and looks great! We applied it seamlessly throughout the entire condo including kitchen and bathroom. Shines up beautifully with a little polish for a more "wet" look.

    Yes, the concrete overlay was hand troweled with a small amount of dye to create multiple color variations within the concrete itself. Thanks for checking out our work!
