Is the seat easily removable for reupholstering?

I love everything about this chair except for the leatherette seat fabric. It looks like the seat is easily removable for recovering, but wanted to be sure I wouldn't be spending $500 to recover a $200 chair.

Thank you for your interest in our products. The seat pad is held in place by 4 screws underneath the seat pad. They are easily removable.
