I would think you could make this using a mixture of your choice of fruit juices. Just use a commercial pectin and follow the directions for apple or grape jelly. They are probably quite similar since I believe both of those fruits have a lot of natural pectin.

Agree. It is made with pre-made juices usually although I suppose you could go to all the work of making your own juices. NCHFP has the basic Mixed Fruit jelly instructions for canning. It calls for liquid pectin and you can use your choice of fruits. It is basically 2 cups juice of 1 fruit, 2 cups juice of another, and 1 cup of apple juice plus 7.5 cups sugar and 1 pouch of pectin.
