House in Chicagoland: Recommendations on colors? We are thinking of painting the house one color. I love dark gray and white but hesitate with the beige vinyl windows. The side of the house appears to be the front, whereas the front door is sort of a bungalow cement/brick staircase entrance which we would like to draw more attention to. I think moving some landscaping around will minimize the attention to the side entrance.

I'm thinking of a BM Bear Creek, ICI Grey Hearth color with bright white trim and a nice black front door with glass panels. Thoughts on colors and what to do about the beige vinyl windows? Do I try to paint the windows, choose a different color scheme, or just keep the windows? Thank you!
