Yes, you do see this installation quite often. The bigger question is do you have an offloading area close by for the refrigerator? No fun emptying all the pickle/jelly/salsa jars to find what you're looking for. :) You may need a wider cabinet for the double ovens or tall filler so that your refrigerator door can open properly - need to review those specs carefully with your designer. A 48" refrigerator at least gives you the advantage of both handles in the center which avoids the possibility of someone laying their hand on a hot oven in order to pull open a fridge door.
