My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Love what you have done with your kitchen and how you brought the accent wall color from your family and dining rooms into the kitchen (took a while to figure that out). What are your paint colors in your kitchen? What is your flooring? Beautiful design & thanks for sharing!

    The dark paint color behind the range and behind the fireplace in the family room is Valspar's Italian Leather. (My dining room is BM Chocolate Candy Brown). The lighter gray in the kitchen and family room is Valspar's Coastal Villa. The flooring is cork from US Floors, Natural Cork, New Dimension's-Corte is the color. (we love it).
