Need help with hood insert/blower

Hi all. We are in the process of finalizing our kitchen design for a January remodel and I need to find a blower/liner for our hood. There is a Ferguson showroom around here that I could go to, but honestly, I just don't have the time. This is a busy time at work and weekends are filled with kids sports.
I've tried to do the research online but I'm having trouble figuring out what exactly I need.
Here are specs:
Gas range - 36" Bosch 800 series - total 59,500 BTU's
Hood - designed at 57" so I can go with a variety of insert sizes - the cabinet maker will adjust for any empty space.
Does anyone have any suggestion? Thank you!

Bosch does not make 36" ranges. Do you mean 36" cooktop, or 30" range?

Your best bet will be an insert 6" wider than the cooking surface of at least 20" depth.

Oops - I meant cooktop! (We will have a wall double oven). My hood will be built at 57" so I was thinking 48" liner/blower, but really, I'm just lost on where to begin.

Unfortunately, to get what one really wants in the context of what one can afford and what is needed for performance requires significant research, or hiring someone who has done the research. For do-it-yourself research, you can review hood related topics on this forum going back several years. Means of calculating most of the parameters you would want to know are available in these topics. Hiring is not limited to kitchen designers, most of whom are not well informed about ventilation, but also some kitchen appliance and hood retailers and custom hood manufacturers.
