Yes, the whole interior is Seagull except the bedrooms and bathrooms. I am fairly certain that all the paint companies have each other's formulas. When we started the painting, Porter seemed to have the best coverage for a No-VOC paint. My painter told me recently that Home Depot has come out with A No-VOC paint that provides high quality coverage. I haven't seen it yet. Thanks for reading the blog!
