Thanks for the interest and question Ryan. The floors are engineered with real walnut wood veneer. They are glued down. There are excellent laminated options now days at a much lowered cost ($5/SF vs $10+/SF). Home Depot actually has a Distress Hickory that looks great for $2-3/SF material. Hope that helps.
