Right now, I have an old, crappy ceiling fan (with light) in my living room. It's not hooked up to a switch, so you have to pull the strings (lame) and the fan doesn't even work, only the light. I want to replace it with a cool lighting fixture instead. I saw this photo (below) and want to do a little DIY project and create something similar. Because the fan/light isn't hooked up to an outlet/switch, I'm looking for a remote controlled flush mount ceiling light (with no fan). Do these things exist? I can't seem to find one anywhere.
