This is a chili recipe I used to make and can when my children were young.
It is from a 1973 Better Homes and Garden cookbook. My daughter wanted to make some and can it. I compared it to the Ball recipe. It yields 6 qts, Ball yields 3 qts. It has less meat, more tomatoes. I decided it was safe so today we made it.
