My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Thanks for your question, Susanne! This floor is stained concrete. We have had several clients recently desire this finish for their basement.

    What is the transluscent material on the ceiling. Are you pleased with the black?

    Barbara the glow is from recessed lighting and we painted the exterior cans. Yes the black creates an industrial feel like you see in many restaurants, coffee shops, etc... Thanks!
