I couldn't find anything close to this, but it looks like it could be a simpler version of one of the Hawaiian applique pattern.

Sorry, I'm no help with naming the pattern, but wanted to say how much I like it!

I think it's a version of a very old traditional applique pattern called Mexican Rose. Quilters often put their own spin on it but it looks similar.

It's a beautiful quilt, whatever the pattern. Do you know when it was made? It looks very modern.

I agree with Linda...it's a pattern from the 1800s or early 1900s. I don't think it's Hawaiian, though.

I see this pattern in a book of antique quilts, and they call it Honeysuckle. Can't find it on the internet but it's in a book called Quilts of the Oregon Trail. On that one they have five petals and a pair of small leaves on the stem that yours doesn't have. But, apparently it was a common pattern in pioneer days and the one in the book was made in the 1840s in Missouri. If it were mine, I'd feel confident in calling it that. It's the closest I've seen so far in all my library of antique quilts.
