My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

This is actually the guest cottage to the large lakefront home. It is located in South Haven, MI and the shores of beautiful Lake Michigan!

LOL, Bigger than most peoples homes or apartments. Must be nice! I do like the elevation, it would make a great double-wide entrance on a "Charleston" lot.

What is the square footage of this design? It's really lovely and nicely designed with the covered carport and screened front porch. Does it have a bedroom and bath on 1st floor for a more elderly population?

Thanks for the nice comments! It has 1750 square feet of finished living space, with two bedrooms on the main floor and full bathroom. The upper level is an open loft space with bathroom, and the lower level is a finished rec room with one more bath.
