I want to know about the patterned wall treatment.

Is the wall treatment wall paper? Stencil? It's a huge part of the look but in not mentioned.

I'm very curious about the wall treatment too. On photo #3 it was mentioned, "The concrete-style wall tiles were also used in the bathrooms." And also a comment on one of the previous photos said 'large format tiles.'

I'm still not quite sure what they are unless they're placed on the wall in a seamless fashion. But now I also see a reference below that states: "Concrete-style porcelain wall tiles; pattern called XXL, by Italian company Iris Ceramica. www.IrisCeramica.com ."
