I don't know what that exact granite is, but here is a list of granite colors that will be very similar if that's what you are looking for: Persa Avario Granite, Delicatus Granite, Juperana Delicatus Granite, Taupe White Granite, Bianco Antico Granite, Ice Brown Granite, Persa Avario Granite, River White Granite, River Valley Granite. What color will be in longer white or off white.

With natural materials, you really don't have two worry as much about trendiness. Go with whatever looks prettier to you. Most granite isn't pure white anyway.

Oops! You know, I don't really have an answer to that question. We see a lot of both. I think while both are pretty popular right now, neither of them are "trendy." White and off-white both are pretty easy to redecorate around. Go with whatever you prefer. I think appliances, lighting, and wall colors are more likely to date a kitchen. Those are the things that are easier to change out in 10 years to give the room a fresh update.
