My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Fire Pit Codes

It seems you have no formal way of venting / exhausting your fire pit out from under the enclosed structure. We are currently working on a project where the hood design has gotten extremely controversial and expensive. How were you able to have a pit under this roof with no hood? and is that a wood burning or gas fire pit?

    The firepit was client supplied, so unfortunately I don't have information on what type of firepit it is to be allowed in the screened room without venting.

    just make sure you have proper side ventilation and some type of roof exhaust, and then most importantly- wait until after inspection to install the fire pit :)
