Everything is "do-able", in the sense that if you throw enough money at something eventually it will stick. There is usually enough room to run dryer vents through the rim joist. However depending on the location of the structure, you will have to pay attention to where your dryer vent exhausts. You can't be too close to things like furnace vents, air conditioner compressors, etc. Whenever relocating and rerouting plumbing, electrical, etc. permits are a requirement.
