My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    It was a blank room with just walls and door in Olioboard. I added everything from the Olioboard selections of furniture, etc I downloaded the dog from the internet. You are able to download most anything from the internet as long as it has a white background that can be deleted. Love Olioboard and it is free!

    There seem to be so many softwares now a days for 2d & 3D presentations....
    Is it not necessary to know sketch up, 3D max , photoshop, AutoCAD... the so called traditional tools of designers!?
    It is tough to pick if you wanna master one software....
