They might not be pollinated indoors. Or one only kind of thing. I know flowering puts the stop to the plant growth on young Mangoes. So,If you want them to grow over winter wait until the flowers sort of fall off- THEN cut the stem. If you do it right now? They will just put there energy into more attempts at flowering.

If you mean foliage? a bit of fertilizer is ok. If you mean for the flowering? I don't think there is much use,since that's not growth per se and those tree's look very healthy- nice dark green color.

What I have learned over the years from Cycad- Tropical's of all kinds is,fertilize as the books say to get them to flush. But- and this is my thing- when they do flush? Fertilize them again. You get larger leaves,branches then just a single boost.
