Need help with window covering

My living room window is 118x29. It looks out to a beautiful view. My dilemma is all of the head rails I looked at will stick out, except for the vignette, which has no sheer behind it, or the honeycone shade which I am replacing. Shutters will not work or anything that stacks up.

Suggestions please

You will have to go outside bracket, I was an installer and I believe you could use 3 blinds, maybe that's how the it was done before. Those types of windows usually all have to be outsidemount, which some customers don"t care for.
