My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Greetings ~ We love it when folks like our work, so thank you for your inquiry! That said, as each of our plans are a collaboration between the owner and us (design/build company) we do not send out, or sell, floor plans or prints to folks outside of our working area. We work so closely with each client to create a unique plan that it is theirs, as much as it is ours, and we don't feel right sending it out.

    We do share the photos so everyone can enjoy looking at them but that is the extent of it at this time.

    Approximately 4800 sq. ft. (including the Screen Porch).
