My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

The ceiling height of the master bedroom is 18'. The window treatments addition made the space feel cosy and comfortable.

      I do love it when people spend the money for window treatments, it finishes off the space do nicely.

      I love window treatments but I have almost had to remortgage to afford them. Once I spent $5000 and then $20,000 only to move three years later to a place where the treatments don't fit. Now, with 12' high ceilings I'm gun shy about making the investment. I stare at the bare windows and know that the unrelenting bareness will eventually wear me down. Hmm, maybe a lottery ticket is in order.
