Need to see the whole plant. And are you keeping the plant indoors or out?

Leggy stems with long gaps between leaves... I'd say it's probably not getting enough light. Whether that's causing the curling, I don't know. Lift it out of the pot, to check that it's not root-bound.

Growing conditions are not good for this plant - no doubt an element of its overall health and appearance. It is not getting enough light and people often over water indoor plants causing them to yellow, rot, and die.

This is a plant that needs to be grown outside rather than indoors for optimal growth.

Ok, I'll try moving it outside to see if it's condition improves :)

There are thin things shooting out of the bottom holes that I think are roots :( Does this mean I have to repot it? and separate the individual plants?

Lately I'm kinda having another weird problem though, the leaves are starting to get white spots and some of these leaves upon checking the underside seems to have dust or some sort. There's a potted rose plant infested with spider mites a few pots away and I fear it could be from that. At the moment I'm just removing the infected leaves but everyday I keep finding new ones, should I wash my mint with dishwater? Or would normal water do?

Is it mint rust? Red pustules on the undersides? Google images for a match.

There is an increasing number of leaves looking like this, the first picture is the top of the leaf while the second is the underside.

If the pale spots are part of the leaf, you've got bugs sucking the green juice out of leaf... mites, aphids, mealybug.

Time to spray... if you eat the mint, try soapspray (easiest to wash off) or whiteoil (lasts longer after rain). If it's not edible, plenty of insecticides out there some topical (kills on contact) others systemic (stays in plant for a while).
