so its not too white for my cabinets? I personally LOVE the Brittanicca, but I have friends that are saying Brittanicca and Ella are too light for my dark cabinets. I just feel like the Windmere is too busy,,,

This is a glass mosaic from Arizona tile. Emser tile also has some nice ones that would work. Try and pick something that has all your colors in there, including some white.

No I don't think it is too white. I think you need the contrast. The black splash material will bring all the colors together to give you a beautiful kitchen. Trust your own judgement.

This one is from Emser tile. It is called Unique Epic. It is a nice combination of natural stone with 2 different color of glass.

I don't think Ella has enough clarity to it. I think it make your kitchen look drab. too monochromatic.

This kitchen has the Brittanicca. It really does have nice movement to it.

there is also this one that I am considering as well - Cambria Torquay...

I still like the Britannica. I think you will be happier with it. Don't let your friends influence you. You've done a great job so far.

I was going to suggest Torquay, but I thought you want something with more movement. We will get Torquay for our bar..it will have walnut cabinets. The Torquay has some beige in it

Cambria Ella looks like it would work better with the pink undertone of your floor tile.

It's such a hard decision!! I like the pattern of the Ella one better, but I like the whiteness of the Brittanicca....

I love Cambria Brittanica! We recently were introduced to it at a Trunk Showing and it is spectacular. I think it also has great movement. The tiled floors are pretty subtle and I think the movement in the countertop would be a nice contrast.

One thing I am concerned about is that we have a couple of place that are going to only need a small piece of counter top. I am wondering how the Brittanicca will look on a small area? I LOVE how it looks for a large area like my island, but do you think it would look as nice in a small size. I will post a pic of the area I am talking about....

Would the Brittanicca work on this or would the Ella work better? Or Torquay??

Brittanicca will be fine on a smaller surface. Your Counter fabricator should make sure of that. Relax and don't keep second guessing yourself. You really have done a nice job so far.

Any of them work. I haven't seen Ella or Brittanicca in real life, so I don't know if they are more gray or beige..you can see better which nuance works for your room. I don't think you can go wrong with any of those

I'm considering Cambria Windermere for our countertops to go with golden oak cabinets, but I'm afraid of too much warm/gold tones. Looks a little dull, but would blend. Other option is LG Aria. Any opinions?

I vote Ella too - I think there is a nice symmetry with your flooring. Your backsplash can define the look you're after - Ella leaves room for lots of different looks - something sparkly, perhaps, like the glass/stone squares someone posted earlier.

I think it would beautiful. The quartz it self has a neutral under tone, that calms down the gold. I would not let that concern you.

What did you pick? I have a very small kitchen, dark grey floors, white cabinets, Farmstyle sink, Pearl backsplash and went with Cambria Brittanicca. Even though less can be more I needed a big POW!

Brittanica will be the best, agree completely with Martine! Fresh, clean, wow factor, nice contrast, all those reasons.

I can't believe after all these comments I've been reading since 2015 and there was no finished product photo!!! I am putting in Brittanica in my kitchen, I love it every time I see it, obsessed. However, if the fabricator cannot get me the pieces to fit, because of the flow design, I am going with Ella. Please post what you chose, we'd love to see it, don't sweat it, they will all work out.

Anyone want to share photos of your finished Cambria Brittanicca quartz counter top? I am particularly interested to know and see what back splash you chose to go with your Brittanicca. I had Brittanicca installed in my kitchen late last October. I love it! After we installed it I had to take a break from remodeling and I have waited to pick out my back splash. To say im having a hard time deciding on the tile for the back splash is an understatement. I have white cabinets and a dark wood floors. After I have my back splash installed and my pendant lights installed I will be completely finished with my kitchen.

What back splash did you put with Brittanicca? I've got white cabinets and cherry wood floors and I'm obsessed with Brittanica too! Please post a picture if you can.

Sonoma Tile Makers: Stellar Series and I believe the backsplash color was Mystic Blue but looks very green online and its not. I'm going to double check with TILE BY DESIGN in Peabody, MA where I purchased it.

Hillary, love your kitchen and choices. Came across this thread bcuz I’m thinking about Cambria Ella for my tops, but now I may take a look at Brittanica. It looks great w/ur cabinets. And I love love the soft blue subway tiles w/the brittanica.

Your cabinets are dark brown. I don’t care for gray/white counters on dark brown cabinets. The Windermere has a bit of tan and may look better on your cabinets.

So I came across this thread bc I was looking at Ella. I love the way it looks on so many pictures. Went to pick up a sample again now that my white cabinets are in and I don’t like it!! It looks too gray!! Really disappointed since I really like the design. Now thinking I may get the Brittanica or Statuario.

Has anyone used off white or taupe colored cabinets with the brittanica? I don’t want to go with white or gray.

My cabinets are white but not a true white. I can try and take a picture of our fireplace mantle in extra white by SW next to our cabinet in family room ( Same as kitchen) and you can see

I’d love to see a photo. I’m not sure whether to go with brittanica or warm brittanica. I have so much gray in my house that I am leaning more towards earth tones (off white to a linen color). I can’t find any photos of the warm brittanica with those colors. Thanks for your help.

My cabinets are white but you can compare to the extra white by Sherwin Williams ( on my fireplace). Hope that helps you a bit. Not sure if your cabinets are a little bit more off white
