Be aware of the energy usage and service issues. As in they use commercial amounts of energy and need commercial service techs. Who won't necessarily come to your home. what live wire says. refrigeration is very inefficient and cooling a giant room (other than with blocks of ice you harvest off of a pond in winter, and cover with sawdust) is energy wasting. too many other ways to have fun with your extra space.
