Are these island pendents the right size?

My island is 9ft9in long by 5ft wide. I am looking at clear glass pendents that are 12in diameter. There are going to be two and two (not straight line). Also I like the clear glass so I can see at the window from the family room..
Any thoughts would be very appreciated
