I would leave it as is or do a complete remodel. You will realize virtually no return on whatever money you throw at it by doing minor updates. Find out how much a completely remodeled bathroom will increase your homes value by talking to your realtor. Shop for low cost but nice materials and get a labor quote to compare and decide which route to take. A newly remodeled bathroom will please buyers, even if it's not necessarily their style. An outdated one will likely cause them to focus on the cost and inconvenience of remodeling which will influence their offer.

Have the fixtures reglazed and replace the toilet. Keep the brass fixtures for the time being. At least it will look better with white instead of mauve.

Paint. Replace the mirror. Replace the lights, only put one back up. You only need one hand towel. After reglazing as suggested.
