Your cabinets/sinks just looks awkward. If you need cabinetry on both walls, there must be a better way. Do not use the same cabinet designer as last time. I like the design of the shower and tub area. Do you mean to change fixtures, of just tile?

take some dimesions and make an appointment with a cabinet designer. then you can look at real samples. We have 5 good designers here at dbs you can talk to

You have a large bathroom. Have you asked: 1. do you need two sinks? 2. do you need a shower and a tub? 3. do you need extra storage space? 4. do you plan to age into this house? (It's probably because I'm older but this is a good time to think about accessibility issues. That tub looks great now but will be a hazard getting in and out later on.) If you don't know all the answers to those questions, you might want to hire an architect or bathroom designer to come up with the best use of the space.
