Would help to know where you're located . Obviously growing on trees so some type of tropical epiphyte . That narrows to down to around 3000 lol

There are over 30,000 species of orchids plus twice that many hybrids

almost impossible to tell from the pix.

If you provide some more info may be able to narrow it down to a sub family maybe even a genus. generally those in the same sub family require similar care .

Would suggest you keep doing whatever was being done they certainly look in good shape!! gary
