This room gets very little light no matter what time of day. We are going to put white wainscoting below the chair rail, so the paint will be for just the upper portion and the trey area.
I have a tendency to like cooler colors, but all the greys and blues I am looking at seem to turn into a cement-looking shade. Thanks!
