My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

When you say 'Ice and water shield backing', are you talking about duration or hardy board? Or a membrane?
Also, how is this attached to the wall? Thanks!

    We used 1/2" Durrock as a backerboard. Ice & Watershield is a peel and stick rubber membrane found at most roofing supply companies. The Ice & Watershield was applied over the Durrock. The galvanized panels were installed with self tapping screws that had a built in rubber washer. The screws can also be found at roofing supply companies.
