Yes they are adjustable and we use a custom closet organizer.

Do you have info for the racks on doors? It looks like they are right for holding spices...yes?

I did a similar thing with our pantry. 8" deep shelves fit two cans and most everything else we need.

It is either Bianco Romano or Wine River. Make sure you look at the full slab before purchase. They all differ including the names. I would even recommend going to a stone holding place and showing them this image. As this project was from 5 years ago. Thanks and good luck!
