The goal was to transform this backyard structure into a stylish, modern, mini guesthouse, specifically designed for the homeowner’s parents.

We completely gutted the space, as a first step, then built the interior to be a comfortable, relaxing environment with all the features that our client’s parents need.

With careful management and planning for every square foot in the central living area, we were able to include akitchen, dining space, and living room. The use of light, bright colors helps to add to the overall spacious feel as well.
