He used to work out of Wisconsin, but now is in West Michigan

We were scammed as well. Paid $5000 on November 5 2015 and he did not show up to do any work and no materials were ever delivered. He has made multiple promises to pay us back insisting we are top priority

He does say he is licensed and insured but he was never able to produce a license and when he did produce the insurance (5 weeks after asking for it) it was expired and not in the correct name. His company names didn't match each other on the Home Advisor ad, the contract or the insurance. He never did the work himself. I don't think the people he sent knew what they were doing and one of them reeked of alcohol.
