My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    the light is from Ballards...the drapery fabric is a black/off white buffalo check (fabric discontinued but you can find comparables in many fabric stores)

    What are the dimensions of this room? I have a similarly shaped room that I am battling at the moment and love the way you've broken it up here.

    The width of the Family Room area is approx 17'3" wide.

    The width of the Kitchen is approx 17'4". The pantry bumps out the kitchen width...meaning the space where the farmhouse table sits is basically 10' 6" wide (from counter on one wall to the pantry wall).

    The length of the Family Room/Kitchen combined is 37'6"
