I would simply put the refrigerator on the end of the range cabinet run, nest to the door leading to the covered porch. For symmetry, you could put a cabinet box around it, and make the pantry cabinet the same size. Then put a prep sink in the island, and you have the classic "kitchen triangle."

For extra points. you have room to put in two dishwashers, on either side of the big sink under the windows. I would also pull the island out to the dashed line, indicating the vaulted ceiling. This gives you a wider corridor in the main sink area, which tends to be busy.

I would separate the two units. Ref. where you currently show it and freezer on the opposite wall. That way your sink is centered between the two and you have balance and weight with the two units at each end. Placing them at the end of the stove run where the pantry is does not make sense for preparing meals. Think go to the fridge... wash and prep your items at the sink and them move over to the stove to cook. placing the fridge/freezer at the extreme end will make you walk across the kitchen un-necessarly.

Remember that you can't squeeze the refrigerator all the way against a wall. You need room on the side for the door to open well past 90 degrees so you can open the drawers and pull them all the way out.
