My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

We have a height restriction to 18 feet.

    The cupola is ten feet square in plan. The glazed elevation 2'-6" tall and the height including the roof of the cupola is 5'-0" tall. The building overall is 32'-0" tall. If your height restriction in 18', it may be helpful, to you, to mention that the height from the top floor to the top of the cupola is 18'-0". If you have any more questions, please ask and I will answer them.
